Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be brand-new, unused, and in their original packaging with intact labels and accessories.
For damaged items due to product quality issues or shipping, you may request a full refund or exchange.
Refunds or returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Incompatibility caused by other third-party modifications that prevent installation of our product.
Damage or deformation caused by unauthorized modifications or color changes.
Custom-made products (e.g., special colors or engraving).
Items that have been used, installed, or have damaged packaging or labels.
Refund requests made after the 14-day period.

Eligibility Check
We will confirm the product's condition and respond within 3 business days with a decision regarding your return request.
Return Shipment
After approval, please return the product within 7 days and keep the tracking number.
Returns without a tracking number or late returns will forfeit refund eligibility.
Refund Processing
After receiving the returned product, we will complete the inspection within 3 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment account, with applicable fees deducted from the refund amount.
If you'd like to exchange for a different size or model, please follow the same return procedure and place a new order when returning the original item. We will prioritize processing for exchanges.
