  • Damage or deformation caused by unauthorized modifications or color changes.

  • Custom-made products (e.g., special colors or engraving).

  • Items that have been used, installed, or have damaged packaging or labels.

  • Refund requests made after the 14-day period.

4. Refund Procedure

    We will confirm the product's condition and respond within 3 business days with a decision regarding your return request.

  3. Return Shipment
    After approval, please return the product within 7 days and keep the tracking number.
    Returns without a tracking number or late returns will forfeit refund eligibility.

  4. Refund Processing
    After receiving the returned product, we will complete the inspection within 3 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment account, with applicable fees deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange for a different size or model, please follow the same return procedure and place a new order when returning the original item. We will prioritize processing for exchanges.
