All 457RC products include a one-year limited warranty starting from the date you receive the item.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Scratches, fading, or discoloration caused by heat, UV, or usage
Damage from improper installation, accidents, misuse, or modification
any modification without the consent of 457RC
Warranty claims must be submitted with the original proof of purchase and clear photos or video of the issue.
We reserve the right to deny warranty service if it can be proved that the product in question failed or is failing due to accidental damage, external impact, abuse or misuse, shipment, handling, storage, faulty installation, maintenance in a manner not conforming to our instructions, unauthorized alterations to the product(s), failure of a third party component, or the installation of the part(s) to a vehicle for which it was not intended.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days when products are ready in stock.
Generally, we ship worldwide with internationally reliable couriers. No shipments will be made to locations that are prohibited by the couriers.
Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Generally, internationaly shipments may take up to 7 working days, and local shipments may take up to 3 working days.
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure.
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or any fees posted by local governments. Any of such fees will be borne by the importer. In the event that the product is returned due to failure of covering these fees, the customer is responsible for all the incurred costs.
For internationsl orders, the customers are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. It is also important to note that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. We have no control of such activities and therefore is not responsible for the consequences thereof.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is visible damage , take photos and contact the courier as soon as possible. Generally, it is recommended to report to the courier us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
All 457RC parts are designed for aftermarket performance use and may not comply with local road regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the compliance with local laws.
Installation should be performed by a qualified professional. Improper installation may void the warranty and pose a safety risk.
457RC shall not be held responsible for:
Any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use or misuse of our products
Improper installation or failure to follow instructions
Vehicle damage or performance loss related to parts installed
Our total liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
Under the coverage of warranty, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. Please use a tracked and insured shipping method.
After inspection and approval, refunds (less restocking fees) will be issued to the original payment method.
Note: We do not accept returns on used, damaged, or custom-ordered parts.
